By booking a course with Massages by Michaela Training, you agree to the following terms
Booking & Payments

Full payment is required to secure your place.

All payments are non-refundable.
Course Date Changes

Students may request to change their course date within 7 days of booking.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

Only one date change per booking is permitted.
After 7 Days of Booking

After the 7-day period has passed, no changes or transfers are allowed.

If you are unable to attend your booked course date, the full course fee will be lost.
Non-Attendance

Failure to attend your course will result in loss of full payment.

No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
Cancellations by Massages by Michaela Training

If we cancel a course, you will be offered:

A transfer to another date, or
-
A full refund

We are not responsible for any additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
Course Materials & Kits

All manuals and kits are included in the course fee and are non-refundable once issued.
