When booking through Treatwell link, a valid card is required to secure your appointment.
No payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Your card details are held securely and will only be charged in line with the cancellation policy below.
Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your booking time with no charge.

If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment within 72 hours, the full treatment cost will be charged to the card provided.
No Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.

The full appointment fee will still apply.
